Two manufacturers, one point of contact

Both lines were built for the same place: the automotive assembly line, and the plants that supply it. We handle specification, rand quoting, import, commissioning and after-sales for both — so you deal with one local company rather than importing directly from two German manufacturers.

Seeing it work

One pass down the body, every panel measured

A gantry camera travels the length of the shell, capturing a frame at each station. Panel gaps, flush, weld seams and trim are measured against tolerance while the body is still moving — and anything out of spec is flagged before it reaches the next cell.

Send parts, images or line data. We establish whether the inspection or the power requirement is achievable before anyone writes a purchase order.

Camera, optics, lighting and software — or charger rating, connector and interface. You get a bill of materials with the reasoning attached.

Import handled

Ordering, freight, customs clearance and documentation from Germany. One quote in rands, one invoice, one delivery date to hold us to.
